All sales are final. Items are non-refundable, so please make sure you check the names or text on your order before submitting.

Most items are custom sewing & custom embroidered items, and are not made until the time of purchase. Production times are about 2-3 weeks prior to shipping or pick up. This is just an estimated time frame.  If you order 3 items or more it is considered a large order and your wait time will be slightly longer due to the customized items you are requesting.  Please contact me before you order if you have a deadline so we can discuss a timeframe. Rush order fee's may apply.
