When will my order be shipped?

Most items are custom sewing & custom embroidered items, and are not made until the time of purchase. Production times are about 2-3 weeks prior to shipping. This is just an estimated time frame.  If you order 3 items or more it is considered a large order and your wait time will be slightly longer due to the customized items you are requesting.  Please contact me before you order if you have a deadline so we can discuss a timeframe. Rush order fee's may apply.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped USPS, so please make sure you allow enough time to receive your order especially if you are ordering for a birthday,shower, holiday or any other occasion/event.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Items are non-refundable, so please make sure you check the names or text on your order before submitting.  If there was a mistake made I will do my best to make it right so your are 100% happy with the item that you purchased.

***  Please make sure you are ordering within the right time frame.  Refunds will NOT be given if you do not receive your item in time for the event.
